Typical BPO review contracts demand 1,000+ submissions/month minimum plus onboarding fees. GeraWitness will have no minimum — buy one review, scale to thousands (planned).
LLM-only QA
GPT-as-judge catches ~70% of errors. A verified human reviewer would push accuracy to 95%+ (planned) — at the cost difference of a single iced coffee.

- How do I start?
- Join the waitlist for your tier. There is no checkout yet; we will email you when early access opens.
- How fast is the review?
- Planned: a median of 5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 UTC), 30 minutes off-hours. The Reviewer Pack is planned to include an explicit SLA: 95% of submissions in under 15 minutes or the submission is credited back.
- What can I submit?
- AI-generated text (up to 4,000 tokens), images (JPG/PNG up to 10MB), audio transcripts, or structured outputs (JSON). When live, reviewers will check for factual accuracy, brand-voice fit, harmful content, regulatory issues, and policy violations against a rubric you define.
- Are reviewers vetted?
- Every reviewer will hold a Verified GeraPassport (£19 one-off identity check). Background-checked, NDA-bound, rated continuously, and bad-actor reviewers will be removed automatically when their accuracy score falls below threshold.
- Can I bring my own reviewers?
- Planned: yes — the Reviewer Pack will support private reviewer pools. Bring your own moderation team and route through GeraWitness for SLA tracking, audit-trail compliance, and unified billing.
- How does the Reviewer Pack save 51%?
- Pay-as-you-go is £0.50/submission. The Reviewer Pack is £49/month for 200 submissions — that's £0.245 per submission, a 51% discount. Unused submissions are planned to roll over for one month so seasonal spikes don't penalise you.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Planned: yes. If a review misses the SLA or fails our internal accuracy QA, the submission will be credited back automatically — no support ticket required. Reviewer Pack subscribers will be able to cancel any time; remaining submissions will be honoured to end of billing period.
- Need higher volume or enterprise SLA?
- For 10,000+ submissions/month, dedicated reviewer pools, or custom rubrics, join the waitlist and tell us: enterprise pricing with volume discounts and a planned written 99.9% uptime SLA will be offered when the service launches.
